About Us
We are a Hertfordshire based commercial facilities and building services provider, serving London and the Southeast, who specialise in the Corporate, healthcare and educational sectors, blue chip environments and government portfolios.
Our passion is born from years of first-hand experience working in various sectors across both the maintenance and project areas, with and for, some of the UK's largest organisations.
At RL Facilities, We have built a business that has the capability to deliver in the most critically demanding environments, but with people and quality at the forefront of our minds.
We pride ourselves on having the ability, resource and skills to react and deliver works at short notice to critical time frames, whilst ensuring legislative requirements are met and quality is never compromised.
Delivering Excellence
We offer full project delivery directly employing a team of professional managers and in house trades, which is further complimented by our head office team based at our Hertfordshire and City offices, who provide HSQE, Finance and Procurement support to our operational teams.
Operating as principal contractor across our project remits, we are fully versed in working across all forms of contracts. Our understanding of construction is complimented with up-to-date knowledge of innovative approaches and technological developments, whilst drawing on our extensive experience to resolve complex workplace design and technical obstacles.
